Key Responsibilities

•Lead architectural design and implementation of new features and services with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
•Directly oversee and coordinate complex technical initiatives involving 20+ engineers, ensuring alignment across sub-teams.
•Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other teams to define technical strategy and prototype software components.
•Partner with Product Development, QA, and SRE teams to scope development and deployment work.
•Build and maintain platform solutions for scale, focusing on reliability and high performance on cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of Java software development experience, with significant experience using Hibernate and Spring Boot
•4+ years of experience deploying large-scale production services on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms
•Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OO principles
•Experience leading technical projects involving 20+ engineers across multiple workstreams
•Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent (B.E./B.Tech)
