Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural design and implementation of new features and services with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • •Directly oversee and coordinate complex technical initiatives involving 20+ engineers, ensuring alignment across sub-teams.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other teams to define technical strategy and prototype software components.
  • •Partner with Product Development, QA, and SRE teams to scope development and deployment work.
  • •Build and maintain platform solutions for scale, focusing on reliability and high performance on cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of Java software development experience, with significant experience using Hibernate and Spring Boot
  • •4+ years of experience deploying large-scale production services on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms
  • •Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OO principles
  • •Experience leading technical projects involving 20+ engineers across multiple workstreams
  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent (B.E./B.Tech)
