Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety protocols, report unusual conditions/potential hazards, and support safe operations on the production floor.
  • •Perform inventory/material handling for production lines, including managing Kanban materials and application-specific parts for accurate tracking and replenishment.
  • •Support shipping and receiving by entering routine task/date information in Hotsheets so Shipping and Receiving is aware of arriving parts.
  • •Transport and organize materials across assigned product lines to maintain efficient production flow, including unloading/loading inbound and outbound shipments.
  • •Assist with cycle counts/rack checks and disposal of pallets/crates/scrap; document damaged or incorrectly ordered materials using Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs) or Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, or warehouse environment with inventory, shipping, or receiving experience.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and reliable attendance.
  • •Strong computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs. and work at height up to 15 feet, including tasks involving bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, and standing/walking as required.
