Pattern Maker

Create patterns for YETI bags and luggage using 2D CAD, develop product standards (construction tolerances, marker layouts, training documents), and translate design concepts into functional products. Build 3D digital representations, support improvements to pattern/fit systems, and maintain development schedules aligned to the NPD plan. Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams, research new materials and technologies, and educate internal teams on construction, fit, and quality drivers.
