Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical oversight of design staff and team members for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects (water pipelines, sewage collection systems, pump stations, storage tanks, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems)
•Identify new business opportunities for AECOM, coordinate and participate in project presentations, and market services to existing and prospective clients
•Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of qualification/experience statements
•Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and draft complex professional service agreements
•Direct project team and ensure client compliance with contract terms while monitoring subcontractor commitments
•Prepare project work plans, scope, schedule, and budget; monitor and manage project production to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives
•May supervise technical professionals and design staff, including workload and staffing management
•Monitor and report financial status of projects to technical managers
•Perform other duties as needed by supervisor

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering plus eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Professional Engineering (PE) license in Arizona or ability to obtain one within first 6 months of employment
•Experience with municipal projects and familiar with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, SWMM, and/or Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD
•Experience with client interaction, public speaking, and persuasive ability; strong project financial management and ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
•Strong technical oversight of design staff for municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects
