Box Office Representative- Citizens Live at The Wylie

Assist guests at live events by selling and verifying tickets and passes, greeting customers at the box office, and directing them to seats, restrooms, and concessions. Provide accommodations for guests with special needs, resolve seating disputes and other concerns, and support safety by guiding guests to exits and reporting issues to management. Participate in venue sustainability efforts and help close out the venue after shows.
