Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design support across the full design cycle from preliminary through detailed design, validation, manufacturing, and operational service for HPC module components.
  • •Support installed GTF fleets by enhancing commonality and optimizing components for current and future business/customer needs.
  • •Expand repairability and maintainability for customers and MRO facilities, and support test and verification of field issues.
  • •Design and implement common procedures and standard work to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • •Create and review component layouts, perform stack-up and major cost studies, resolve complex design problems, and review drawings/layouts for standards compliance and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering with 8+ years of Mechanical Design engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
