Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships within assigned liquidity pools and coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated liquidity solutions.
•Drive targeted business development within escrow liquidity pools through prospecting, referrals, and ecosystem-based relationship building.
•Develop deep knowledge of operating models and liquidity dynamics specific to Escrow, and provide guidance on liquidity structure and deposit optimization.
•Represent the organization in senior-level client discussions and deliver segment-specific value propositions tailored to regulatory considerations and risk profiles.
•Maintain a high-quality client experience across touchpoints and manage an effective sales pipeline aligned to deposit growth objectives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Escrow, or related specialized liquidity segments.
•Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex deposit portfolios within niche or ecosystem-based markets.
•Proven consultative sales capability with strong relationship-building skills.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management and performance tracking.
