Lead product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to drive manufacturing profitability. Maintain standard costs, analyze BOMs and routings, investigate purchase price/usage/labor and volume variances, and manage inventory accounting including cycle counts and reserve analysis. Prepare margin and profitability reporting, run cost-related month-end close tasks, partner with operations and engineering on new product costing, and implement process improvements and ERP-related cost allocation best practices.
