Key Responsibilities

•Direct engineering workflows and use product requirements to build robust lead architecture and routing rules within Salesforce via LeanData.
•Expand our Segment customer data platform to deliver complex user journeys, audiences, and an automated data layer connected to Clay, Unify, and Tray.
•Launch flagship AI initiatives, including SDR automation, by uniting data pipelines and large language model tooling.
•Partner with data analytics to instrument data-sharing pipelines like conversion APIs and identifier uploads to improve bidding quality on third-party ad platforms.
•Report to the Head of Marketing Technology and collaborate with performance marketing, data engineering, and sales to align on global initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in marketing technology, sales operations, revenue operations, or product management.
•Clear understanding of Salesforce and its integration capabilities.
•Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps and set feature priorities.
•Strong understanding of data flows, SaaS integrations, and tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, or DBT.
•Genuine interest in applying AI and large language model tools within a marketing or product context.
