Job Summary

Provide HR/human capital (HC) functional expertise as a trusted internal advisor to assigned business functions, partnering with leadership to shape and execute human capital strategies. Lead talent management and people strategy initiatives, including KPI development, workforce and succession planning support, and HR policy implementation. Manage HC operations excellence through stakeholder engagement, employee relations guidance, performance management support, budgeting inputs, continuous improvement, reporting, and compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide HC functional expertise and act as an internal advisor to assigned business functions on HR/HC matters.
•Lead people management by setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and driving talent development initiatives.
•Oversee HC budgeting and financial planning inputs, monitoring workforce costs, overtime, and cost-saving opportunities.
•Manage and implement HC policies, systems, processes, and controls, communicating changes and guiding line managers on rights and responsibilities.
•Partner with business units through regular meetings and data-driven insights (HC dashboards) to address employee relations issues, support performance management, and contribute to workforce and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent university degree.
•8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
•At least 3 years in progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
•Provide HR/HC functional expertise and advise business leaders on HC operations and people strategies.
•Manage HC policies, procedures, controls, and employee-related matters to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
