Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance for high-speed separators, decanters, and plate heat exchangers.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical/PLC controls and train customer crews on Alfa Laval equipment.
  • •Provide on-site technical support, execute service agreement audits and maintenance activities, and adhere to QHSE and operational procedures.
  • •Prepare service reports and maintain complete documentation of every visit, including observations, recommendations, and commitments.
  • •Generate service business leads using the FSE Lead app and support Sales with technical solutions while reporting near misses digitally.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background in Electrical/Automation or Mechanical, with hands-on experience.
  • •Ability to perform field service work including installation, commissioning, inspections, repairs, audits, and maintenance for Alfa Laval equipment (e.g., separators, decanters, plate heat exchangers).
  • •Experience troubleshooting electrical/PLC controls and industrial instrumentation/process control, with industrial networking knowledge as an advantage.
  • •Minimum 2-5 years field service experience in electrical/mechanical equipment and related industrial equipment (field service experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
