Lead and manage the Insurance Servicing operational activities for the commercial loan portfolio, overseeing daily workflows, controls, and SLA adherence. Direct and develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance with policies, banking regulations, and applicable laws, and resolve escalations. Partner with U.S.-based managers, review dashboards and performance metrics, drive workflow optimization and automation, and support audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas and region.
•Lead and oversee the Insurance Servicing team, providing direction and accountability for daily operations.
•Review insurance policies for commercial loans, ensure compliance, clear insurance exceptions with agents and bankers, and update systems of record.
•Oversee operational processes for the commercial loan portfolio: adherence to controls and procedures, workflow optimization, performance monitoring, and escalation resolution.
•Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, coach and develop employees, and support audits, reporting, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•3-5+ years in insurance and 3 years in leadership experience; 8 years overall experience.
•Understand operational processes, products, systems, risks, controls, banking regulations, and financial services operations.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems including AFS and LQAS (ITAC navigation proficiency).
•Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and communicate with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
