Job Summary

Serve as a trusted AI and data solutions architect for CPG/Retail clients, driving account growth through thought leadership, pre-sales solutioning, and hands-on technical guidance. Define end-to-end data and AI architecture, build engineering roadmaps, and design enterprise-scale solutions across data platforms, multi-cloud ecosystems, and AI/ML frameworks. Work deeply with 2–3 strategic clients while collaborating with sales, account teams, and India-based delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders across AI, data, and engineering, shaping opportunities and driving account growth through thought leadership.
•Partner with account and sales teams during pre-sales (discovery, solutioning, proposal development) and translate business problems into high-impact AI/data solutions.
•Define and drive end-to-end data and AI architecture, including data platforms, pipelines, ML/AI systems, and architecture roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
•Design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI/ML frameworks while balancing performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership when needed and guide/mentor architects and engineering teams across global delivery.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in data engineering, AI/ML, and solution architecture, with the ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions.

•15–20 years of experience across data engineering/platform architecture, AI/ML or advanced analytics, and enterprise solutioning/consulting.
•Strong pre-sales/solutioning and technical leadership experience, including hands-on problem solving.
•Experience with data platforms (data lakes/warehouses), ETL/ELT, and distributed processing such as Spark.
