Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning the interior, and performing exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments within Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior of vehicles and identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in the Carvana spinners.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use of safety equipment, including items such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
