Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison to implement the safety/ergonomic program, investigating new illness cases and ensuring effective root-cause prevention.
  • •Write and follow up work orders in Plant view and enter information into tracking systems.
  • •Perform ergonomic/safety audits on each shift.
  • •Facilitate ergonomic program and awareness training at the hourly level, including knife sharpness audits.
  • •Assist AHTs with fitting new team members with the proper equipment and support other assigned tasks.

Key Requirements
