Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end value proposition, differentiated messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager within Docusign IAM.
  • •Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new Agreement Manager capabilities, including product BOM creation and operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Success.
  • •Partner with Sales Enablement to provide global field and partner teams with pitch decks, demos, competitive battlecards, and training.
  • •Uncover customer usage insights and persona pain points to optimize the buyer journey, drive feature adoption, and feed user feedback into Product Management.
  • •Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build integrated acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns targeting key industries and personas.
