Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues faster using data across makes and models and determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and have preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
