  • •Validate purchase-order requirements and ensure delivery execution for required parts.
  • •Manage purchase order placement and related administration (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock settings).
  • •Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize impact on the production chain.
  • •Manage short- and long-term operational planning (e.g., retrofit, shortages) and monitor supply chain performance discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate supplier interactions on-site or remotely with cross-functional teams, manage non-quality parts, and support recovery planning using VSM.
