Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Review monthly sell-through forecasts with stakeholders and compare historical forecasts against actual sales.
  • •Assess stock levels and incoming deliveries, and propose purchasing volumes and timing accordingly.
  • •Place and follow up purchase orders, and share longer-term forecasts with ODMs to support capacity and material planning.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day planning with selected ODMs and suppliers and manage supplier planning communications.
  • •Allocate incoming goods across markets and locations, maintain data quality, and support planning systems/process improvements.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in demand and supply planning within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • •Experience with ERP/business systems and the ability to navigate and understand system structure.
  • •A degree or hands-on experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • •Experience working with suppliers or ODMs, including managing requirements and communication.
  • •Strong analytical and organisational skills working with KPIs related to inventory management.
