Job Summary

Specialized outsole assembly technician for luxury footwear based in Hermès Atelier HCI, Busto Garolfo/Milano area. Responsible for mounting and finishing outsole work on women’s and men’s elegant shoes, operating key machinery, ensuring high quality and coordinating with Italian manufacturers for industrialization, material quality control, procurement and supply chain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Mid-to-senior level production tasks in luxury footwear outsole assembly, including operation of main machinery for outsole mounting.
•Coordinate with Italian manufacturers and ateliers for industrialization, quality control of materials and finished products, and supply chain compliance.
•Develop and produce prototypes and ensure adherence to Hermès quality standards.
•Ensure efficient production of assigned models and alignment with internal processes for procurement and supplier coordination.
•Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality, attention to detail and strong communication.

•Knowledge of outsole machinery (retreaders and presses)
•Excellent manual dexterity
•Good communication skills and ability to relate to diverse interlocutors
