Job Summary

Own parts of the API Platform and roadmap, defining and evolving API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts for versioned, consistent integrations. Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on API design, authentication/authorization, retries, and idempotency, then translate partner and business needs into product requirements through launch and iteration. Partner across Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and enable Sales and Partnerships while improving developer experience through documentation, sandboxing, and observability.

Key Responsibilities

•Own parts (or all) of the API platform and use-case roadmap.
•Define and evolve API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts, ensuring consistency, versioning, and ease of integration.
•Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on API design, authentication/authorization flows, and webhook reliability patterns like retries and idempotency.
•Translate business and partner needs into product requirements, driving delivery from discovery through launch and iteration while balancing scalability.
•Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and support Sales and Partnerships; collaborate with DevEx to improve documentation, onboarding, testing environments, and error reporting.
