Job Summary

Operate certified powered industrial trucks to move inventory safely and accurately across warehouse processes. Participate in site safety initiatives, maintain a clean workspace, and complete pre/post shift inspections with required PIT paperwork. Support daily production health and safety requirements, perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping within labor management standards, and maintain LS&Co. PIT certifications while using RF scanner technology and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Use certified powered industrial trucks to support accurate inventory movement across warehouse processes.
•Actively participate in and promote site safety initiatives while maintaining a neat, orderly, safe workspace.
•Complete pre/post shift PIT inspections and related paperwork; report any PIT equipment issues.
•Perform warehouse functions including unloading/loading trucks, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping within labor management standards.
•Attend daily production meetings and follow pre-shift health and safety requirements, including PPE and stretching.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
•One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.

•Comfort using technology and automated processes, including RF scanner devices (handheld and mounted).
