Job Summary

Lead technical sourcing and production activities for global entertainment projects within the CAPEX Sourcing Team. You’ll evaluate and qualify suppliers, support technical due diligence and first-article/Factory Acceptance Testing, monitor production risks and vendor performance, and ensure smooth handover for installation and operational readiness. You’ll also build the APAC supplier network through industry engagement, while balancing technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate and qualify suppliers for manufacturing capability, quality systems, scalability, export readiness, and prior project performance.
•Provide technical sourcing support including technical due diligence, prototype reviews, first-article evaluations, and FAT planning with technical acceptance criteria.
•Monitor production and manage vendors by coordinating inspections, FAT activities, corrective actions, and quality documentation to minimize delivery impacts.
•Support project handover and installation readiness, covering packaging, transportation, installation sequencing, commissioning, acceptance testing, spare parts planning, and punch-list closeout.
•Develop and maintain a qualified global supplier network by attending industry events and tracking supplier capabilities and performance history.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in entertainment production, themed entertainment, live events, exhibitions, scenic fabrication, manufacturing, or related fields.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance systems, and production methodologies.
•Experience supporting procurement activities, technical specifications, and supplier selection processes.
•Experience with international logistics, customs considerations, import/export requirements, and transportation planning.
•Experience with packaging engineering and asset preservation for touring, reusable, or multi-location installations.
