Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory control policies, procedures, and standards across the fulfillment center network, and lead the cycle count strategy.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy across FC locations and drive timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • •Manage SKU-level tracking, audits, and adjustments in the WMS, enforcing controls on stock movement and monitoring consumption.
  • •Lead the year-end physical inventory process and own the SKU lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, supporting SKU rationalization based on data.
  • •Set inventory control KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, location accuracy), hold sites accountable, and build consistent training and onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain, including 2+ years leading a team or program across multiple fulfillment sites.
  • •Strong inventory control expertise, including cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and physical inventory.
  • •Hands-on experience using a warehouse management or inventory control system (WMS).
  • •Analytical skills to interpret inventory data, investigate discrepancies, and take action.
  • •Experience using AI and AI-enabled tools to improve inventory accuracy and planning outcomes.
