Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical programs, managing scope, risks, resources, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
  • •Own and evolve mobile architecture across iOS, Android, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
  • •Drive KMP adoption for shared business logic, networking, and UI, including distribution through XCFrameworks and AARs.
  • •Build and govern reusable mobile components and the design system (design tokens, theming, shared platform capabilities).
  • •Lead teams and improve Mini App architecture, engineering excellence (testing, CI/CD, ADRs), standards, and developer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of senior mobile engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership, delivering complex consumer digital products.
  • •Expert iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit, plus experience integrating KMP XCFrameworks and solid Kotlin knowledge for Android and mobile platforms.
  • •Proven ability to design reusable mobile platforms, SDKs, shared components, modular architectures, and large-scale consumer apps.
  • •Strong Agile practices and hands-on technical expertise with CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and making trade-off decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) and exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional stakeholder management; fluent English and Arabic required.
