Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full customer value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, driving outcomes at every stage.
  • •Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; architect end-to-end solutions across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • •Oversee deployment strategy and pod execution end-to-end, setting governance frameworks and quality standards.
  • •Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics post-deployment by identifying blockers and enabling value realization.
  • •Orchestrate the Builder pod in partnership with Technical Builders and serve as the primary customer-facing contact with C-suite stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related degree.
  • •6+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud technology.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
  • •Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
