Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance.
  • •Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure a premium consumer experience and strong service culture.
  • •Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities.
  • •Drive execution of store processes and standards, including monitoring store KPIs and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards.
  • •Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, and step in for the Store Manager when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 18 months of retail experience (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or Assistant Store Manager experience.
  • •Strong team leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop team members.
  • •Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
  • •Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles and retail standards, plus fluent English and MS Office knowledge.
