Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of products such as checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency/coin transactions.
  • •Hold financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions, including processing new consumer loan requests when applicable.
  • •Identify and document referral opportunities to other lines of business using 360 View, and build relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
