Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall automation testing activities, including functional test execution and continuous improvement.
  • •Design test strategies and plans for new and existing features based on requirements and user stories.
  • •Develop and maintain automated tests across APIs and front-end applications, including edge case/negative testing.
  • •Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines to enable frequent, reliable releases.
  • •Track fixes and features in JIRA or similar configuration management tools while ensuring test conditions and expected results are accurate.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of automation testing experience, including BDD/Cucumber-based test automation.
  • •Experience with API test automation (e.g., Rest Assured, Swagger) and strong API/microservices testing skills.
  • •Hands-on front-end test automation experience using Selenium and testing React JS applications.
  • •Ability to create and maintain automation frameworks, including scripting in one of: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • •Good SQL knowledge and experience with test planning, writing test cases/scripts, and edge case coverage (negative/break cases).
