Senior Associate, Leasing

Support the leasing team by helping market and manage properties to maximize leasing opportunities and achieve corporate revenue targets. Assist in implementing leasing objectives (space, timelines, target rental rates, and merchandise mix), propose layout changes, and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants. Help prepare and manage leasing and renewal agreements, provide leasing activity and negotiation status reports, and coordinate lease extension discussions with property operations.
