Join Up as a Product Designer in Melbourne to shape end-to-end financial products. You will own projects from concept to shipped, collaborate with Product, Design, Brand, Engineering, and Marketing, and help define roadmaps. You’ll design interactive prototypes, explore user research, and translate customer insights into delightful financial experiences that reduce stress and empower users.

Key Responsibilities

•Own projects from idea to launch with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Brand, and Engineering.
•Design concepts and interactive prototypes at varying fidelities to clearly communicate ideas.
•Collaborate with leadership to define short- and medium-term roadmaps and present design concepts.
•Collaborate with engineering to scope, prioritise, review, and adapt concepts as necessary to ship high-quality features.
•Support Marketing and Support teams to ensure a great user experience at every touchpoint.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 115,000 - 135,000 annually
