Job Summary

Leading and expanding a technical Solutions Architect team to drive adoption of the Databricks Platform for digital-native, high-growth customers. You’ll hire, coach, and align cross-functional teams (engineering, product, services, sales) to deliver data, analytics, and AI workloads, while acting as a technical leader to key customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire and develop a team of deeply technical Solutions Architects capable of guiding digital native customers across a wide range of data, analytical, and AI workloads.
•Adapt the SA team's skills and engagement model to match the needs of Digital native customers.
•Consistently meet or exceed targets by ensuring the SA team can qualify workloads, identify use cases, build proofs of concepts, and act as trusted advisors through the customer lifecycle.
•Travel to customer sites for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building.
•Establish relationships across internal organizations (engineering, product, services, sales, etc.) to ensure customer and team success

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,500 - 237,150 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (e.g. data warehousing, big data, cloud infrastructure, or machine learning)
•3+ years of experience building and leading technical customer-facing teams in a high-growth environment (hiring, onboarding, and coaching)
•history of building a territory, growing strategic accounts, and exceeding targets
•ability to inspire a team vision about the digital native business
•experience owning execution by managing workloads and consumption with sales, product, and engineering counterparts
