Production Worker

Pack fiber caulk tubes into boxes quickly and safely in Sonoco’s Fiber Caulk Tube plant outside Dayton, OH. Working with the Shift Supervisor, you’ll load and pack product, clear jams, monitor and report quality, and help drive small process improvements. You’ll collaborate across teams, maintain a safe, clean, organized work area, and perform assigned duties while supporting Sonoco’s quality and safety policies across 2nd and 3rd shifts.
