Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead banking operation teams to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • •Set goals and objectives, liaise with clients, and ensure transactions are timely and correctly processed across operational systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • •Previous leadership experience managing and developing large groups of employees.
  • •Expert knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and treasury management/commercial banking products.
