•Deliver proactive and reactive customer success motions through product knowledge, joint planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience as a Success Manager, Technical Consultant, Architect, or similar with project, delivery, or technical account management focus.
•Experience managing a large portfolio of customers (over 100) and multiple accounts at different stages of the lifecycle.
•Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to actively listen to customers and translate their business needs into personalized consultation.
