Job Summary

Lead NPX (new partner experience) across EMEA by managing end-to-end partner onboarding processes from post-sale to Day 56. Define and scale partner-related policies and playbooks for Deliveroo and Wolt, set strategy and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using data. Own process documentation and rollout, run change management, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a best-in-class partner experience at lowest cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead NPX across EMEA by managing a team overseeing partner onboarding operations across UKI, EU, MENA, and APAC.
•Own partner onboarding end-to-end (post-sale to Day 56), ensuring consistent processes across markets and managing KPIs like activation, churn, and menu quality.
•Drive continuous improvement using data to identify performance gaps, build enablement roadmaps, and build business cases for tools and process changes.
•Project-manage process changes from design to adoption, working with Content, L&D, and Incentives to ensure smooth frontline rollout.
•Partner with Sales, Partner Support, Product, and Engineering to improve handovers, escalations, and tooling as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
