Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers from the Chandler Road Plant in Hutto. Operate ready mix trucks safely and efficiently, completing daily pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining mileage logs, monitoring gauges, and performing minor equipment servicing. Follow DOT guidelines, dispatch instructions, and company safety policies while maintaining vehicle condition and regular attendance, including willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections with documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload materials and monitor gauges during vehicle operation.
•Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs and keep the vehicle clean and orderly.
•Properly follow company policies/procedures and obey applicable laws and dispatch instructions.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
•2+ years of experience driving a mixer truck (preferred).
•Valid driver’s license with CDL A or CDL B.
