Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end Contract to Cash (CTC) activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) and trade finance documentation, ensuring accurate, compliant processing for global shipments and timely cashflow. Partner with the Group Services Commercial Services team to support revenue accounting, manage bank interactions, strengthen LC/ATL reporting governance, and improve invoicing processes through KPIs, automation, and ERP modernization initiatives, including SAP enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and report on operational invoicing matters and maintain sales databases related to invoicing.
•Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents for presentation to banks or for sending to customers.
•Oversee LC execution, including issuance, vetting, presentation, and endorsement of LC document presentations for accuracy and compliance.
•Monitor shipment execution and ensure timely cash collections for business units; execute month-end reports and procedures.
•Support digital transformation and ERP modernization by improving CTC processes, including quick-win automations and SAP project enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Perform end-to-end Contract to Cash (CTC) activities and oversee Letter of Credit (LC) and trade finance documentation cycles.
•Ensure accurate invoicing and shipping document issuance, vetting, presentation, and compliance with LC conditions and contract requirements.
•Manage bank interactions for confirmations, discrepancy resolution, and fee negotiations.
•Support LC/Authorization to Load (ATL) reporting governance with timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Contribute to process automation and support SAP/ERP modernization and enhancements for CTC process improvements.
