Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • •Communicate with internal and external team members and stakeholders across all project stages.
  • •Support field coordination between the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client; conduct field walks and punch walks.
  • •Support project close-out documentation and manage the flow of project information via meetings and written communications.
  • •Ensure QA/QC is followed by performing engineering quality assurance/control reviews and reporting issues; prepare scheduled/ad hoc progress and KPI reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge and experience.
  • •Experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects in markets such as data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy/natural resources.
  • •Owner’s Representation consulting mindset with stakeholder management and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience including both design and site experience; field construction experience is required.
  • •Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field, plus Project Management (or PMP) experience.
