Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect end-to-end supply chain platform solutions for inter-continental, multi-channel warehouses, including WMS and TMS strategy and roadmaps.
  • •Design distributed, microservices-based architectures for high-volume order processing and high availability, and implement event-driven asynchronous pipelines with auto-scaling.
  • •Own warehouse management capabilities (inbound, fulfillment, order management, picking, packing, shipping) and integrate order-to-cash processes across multi-channel environments.
  • •Lead transportation management solution design and integration with inter-continental carriers, supporting on-time delivery and country-specific legal and tax compliance.
  • •Provide technical leadership across architecture reviews, CI/CD and DevOps practices, test automation/TDD, monitoring/observability, and mentor/develop engineering teams (15+ engineers).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • •10+ years building and scaling supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management platforms.
  • •5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle WMS, Infor WMS).
  • •5+ years with Transportation Management Systems and carrier integration (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS).
  • •5+ years working with warehouse automation (ASRS, conveyors, sortation, robotics) and a proven record leading engineering teams delivering high-availability platforms.
