•Provide advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
•Carry and service a small portfolio of assigned customers with a Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
•Oversee, nurture, and grow a small team of regionally-based deliverability consultants.
•Interface directly with prospects and customers, leveraging deliverability expertise and leadership to build relationships and trust.
•Function as an escalation point for the regional team to support customers and increase value and retention
