Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project meets quality standards and is completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage individual tasks through the construction process, including submittals, RFI processes, and change order management.
  • •Support proposal preparation for new projects and variations to existing projects.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems; ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting, prepare project management reports and executive dashboards, and monitor/report project costs/spending using EVM systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with less than two years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (preferred: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business).

  • •Manage project tasks across the construction process, including submittals and RFI processes.
  • •Support cost tracking and project reporting, including maintaining EVM and liaising with client finance to review and report finance/cost data.
