Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen legal entity purity and governance frameworks by identifying improvement opportunities and adding value to the company.
  • •Coordinate with multiple teams for variance analysis and governance structure activities.
  • •Drive results in complex specialized projects/transactions, including preparation and review of MFRs and related documentation.
  • •Support preparation and review of US-GAAP financial statements, roll-forwards/schedules, and statutory/regulatory filings (e.g., Y11).
  • •Lead balance sheet governance to clear unnatural/static/expired/unreconciled balances and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in Legal Entity Controllership, accounting, reporting, or project management.
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with audits (audit experience is a plus).
