Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Lead by example on the sales floor and work with store management to achieve and exceed sales goals using effective selling strategies and consumer engagement.
•Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining high service standards.
•Perform key-holder responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery, asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership roles.
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; reliable attendance and punctuality.
•Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens, and enter information into a computer.
