Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical lead for cloud integration and system administration across AC2SP, Azure, OCI, and related environments supporting Army missions.
  • •Develop and maintain cloud architecture artifacts (cloud reference architectures, data flow diagrams, and Interface Control Documents).
  • •Design and integrate geospatial platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise) into cloud-native and hybrid architectures, ensuring secure access and optimized performance.
  • •Administer and integrate workloads, networking, and IAM in Azure and OCI (compute, storage, VNets/subnets/NSGs, VPN/ExpressRoute/FastConnect, and role-based access controls).
  • •Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and automation/IaC (Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager, OCI Resource Manager/Terraform-based) while meeting DoD RMF/STIG/Impact Level compliance and providing real-time troubleshooting and executive-ready updates.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in systems administration, engineering, and integration supporting large-scale system sustainability; 5+ years related DoD, military, or US government experience.
  • •DoD 8140 / IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or GSEC) and at least one foundational cloud certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate).
  • •Hands-on cloud system administration and integration for mission-critical environments, preferably Army/DoD, including secure DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Strong scripting expertise, including PowerShell, plus Bash/Python for automation and multi-platform tasks.
  • •Experience integrating automation with cloud APIs and monitoring/configuration management (e.g., Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, OCI Monitoring, Ansible/DSC).
