Job Summary

Coordinate and execute monthly programming schedules for Telemundo, Universo, and Telexitos. Create and maintain programming grids, implement timely schedule changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Partner with Programming Operations to ensure materials meet scheduling requirements, support live event scheduling (sports, news, special programming), and help review schedules for conflicts before publication. Also contribute to long-range planning and process improvements while serving as a backup for EVS live event operations.

•Support live event scheduling, including schedule revisions for sports, news, and special programming.
•Create and update long-range planning grids, coordinate schedule reviews, and help identify conflicts before schedule publication.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of media or television experience and at least 2 years in a large-scale media environment (Broadcast/Television/News & Information/Live Entertainment).
•Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, Film/TV Production, or a related field.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and able to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment.
