Job Summary

Create accurate physical and digital patterns for the icebreaker product line, translating creative concepts into scalable designs using CAD and 3D modelling tools. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and vendor stakeholders to refine fit, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on-time virtual samples and digital patterns. Maintain pattern databases, support fitting sessions, and use market feedback and wear-test data to improve product fit, comfort, performance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate creative concepts into accurate physical and digital patterns using advanced pattern-making techniques, CAD, and digital pattern tools.
•Develop digital 3D product samples to support virtual fittings and iterative adjustments, using 3D modelling to simulate garment behaviour.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine patterns, troubleshoot fit challenges, and implement solutions to realize design intent.
•Manage project timelines for seasonal and non-seasonal products, using agile methodologies and critical path planning.
•Maintain and update the digital pattern and virtual samples database; prepare and guide product fitting sessions for sample reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Design, or equivalent related education/experience.
•Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC.
•Experience using CAD and digital pattern tools (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) and 3D modelling simulation tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear).
•A few years of experience in technical pattern engineering and digital product creation roles in the apparel industry.
•Experience in outdoor performance or sustainable apparel is highly preferred.
