Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and drive execution against integrated master schedules, requirements documentation, capability briefs, and other core program artifacts.
  • •Translate technical capabilities and implementation progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers, partners, and senior leaders.
  • •Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision, mapping global product strategy into granular team tasks and issues.
  • •Maintain a broad and complete state of projects, pre-empt and resolve issues that may steer projects off-course.
  • •Enhance cross-team collaboration by aligning technical experts around shared objectives and improving efficiency where miscommunication or coordination gaps exist.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant industry experience supporting complex government, defense, aerospace, or national security programs.
  • •Active Secret clearance at minimum; TS/SCI strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
  • •Prior missile or missile defense experience, with experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to engage in technical discussions and invest in learning technical concepts.
