Key Responsibilities

  • •Supporting the Collections Manager in monitoring third-party collections performance against agreed service levels and policies
  • •Analyzing customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends
  • •Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues
  • •Providing accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits
  • •Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • •Experience working in credit control, collections or risk management processes
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data
  • •Fluent in French and English
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
