Job Summary

Partner with business leaders across all units to design and execute high-impact people strategies aligned to product and commercial goals. Lead organizational design and change management, diagnose cultural friction points, and build localized talent and retention plans using baseline data. Use a foundation from centralized People Operations programs while delivering bespoke solutions—from reorgs to leadership alignment and training—then help architect the future People Partner model.

•Partner with business leaders to ensure each unit has a standardized, actionable People Plan aligned to product and commercial vision.
•Act as an internal expert in change management and organizational design, building structures that protect agility.
•Diagnose and manage organizational friction points and optimize team dynamics across key tradeoffs.
•Translate baseline talent data into localized talent, retention, and action plans in partnership with People leadership.
•Prioritize highest-leverage opportunities, execute point solutions that move business outcomes, and architect the future People Partner model as the company grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,800 - 324,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in People Partnering/HRBP, organizational development, or management consulting, with 2–3 years at a Director or Principal level.
•Proven track record in organizational design (especially in technical, nimble environments), change management, and designing scaled organizations.
•Deep experience in high-growth AI, deep-tech, biotech, or highly complex R&D environments; experience commercializing scientific research is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to build high-impact frameworks, operational plans, and accountability structures from scratch in an ambiguous mid-sized company (~200–500 employees).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (Master’s/MBA/PhD is a plus).
